Zhenhua was born in Hunan, China. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in polymer chemistry at the Hefei University of Technology in 2019 and moved to University of Science and Technology of China to conduct master’s research under the supervision of Prof. Jinming Hu, where he mainly focused on oxygen-tolerant photoredox catalysis in triggering gasotransmitters release for biomedical application.

Currently, he is a PhD student focusing on medicinal inorganic chemistry under the supervision of Kevin Cariou and Gilles Gasser at Chimie ParisTech, PSL University.

In his spare time, he enjoys running, swimming and all kinds of tasty food and drinks.
