Zela was born in northern China and is currently a PhD student at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She specializes in material design for biomedical drug delivery. Zela is currently conducting a visiting stay at Chimie ParisTech-PSL, where she is working on integrating photosensitive materials into hydrogel drug delivery systems.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Zela is also a host employed by the Shenzhen Concert Hall. She is passionate about food and sports, and considers coming to Paris one of her best decisions due to the city’s rich art and culture.
